IBAT represents community bankers who live and work in mostly rural, ag dependent communities of Texas. Entering our 50th year the IBAT Board has reconstituted the IBAT Ag and
Rural Affairs Committee. This will enable IBAT to play a bigger policy role in the issues that affect our
banker’s business and their customer’s daily lives. The committee will monitor/lobby on state
and federal issues relating to agricultural related policy and rural development iniatives of import to
our bankers and the communities they serve.
